Bearing of our management supervision and guarding personnel on site must be up to standard. Our aim is to conduct a quality audit check on our personnel to evaluate th their skills whilst performing their duties on site (Annexure A)

• Fire fighting skills etc.

Administration - To evaluate and update the site JOB descriptions on a regular basis. All security officers must be trained to the requirements. Comprehensive and detailed investigation and incidents reports must be provided to our clients within 48 hours.

Salary structure is strictly in accordance with the wage determination act of the security industry. All our personnel joined the Liberty Life provident fund in April 2001, prior to the exception date, extending their benefits and creating a stable work force with a secure future in our company.

Information - keep our clients up to date on new developments within the security industry identify areas of risk and find suitable solutions to eliminate vulnerable situations.

Cost to our customer will be in accordance with good business practice (profit margins) and the wage structure determined by law.

Supervision - Regular visits are made by our management and supervisory team, to check on the performance of our officers and also to identify possible problems such as broken windows, damaged locks and doors, perimeter fence and lights etc where upon a report is promptly prepared, so that corrective action can be taken.
